OUR MISSION AND GUIDING PRINCIPLES

The Slavic Business Association was established to: "Provide resources to Slavic leaders in the Charlotte community to enable them to obtain success. The Slavic Business Association will support leaders through ongoing development opportunities and relationship building."

We believe that in order to enable Slavic leaders to obtain success that we must operate by these guiding principles:

  • Integrity – In order to build trust, we must operate transparently and honestly

  • Value – In order to make progress, we must only do what adds value. If it doesn’t add value – we don’t do it

  • Inclusive – In order to be successful, you must be willing to listen to other people’s ideas without prejudice and with an open-mind

  • Development – In order to grow, we believe that you have to be willing to learn. Always. At all times

  • Accountability – In order to be successful, we believe that other leaders should hold you accountable for accomplishing what you set out to do
